Amazon account case study · UK & Germany

Seven months to rebuild.
One season to get it right.

Tack24 entered the off-season with violations on two marketplaces, an unstructured 1,900-SKU catalogue, weak content, and no advertising. We used the quiet months to rebuild the operation so the brand was ready when equestrian demand returned.

The challenge

The selling season was coming.
The accounts were not ready.

Peak demand would return whether the foundations were prepared or not. Compliance, catalogue structure, conversion assets and advertising all needed attention before the next cycle.

Compliance problems across both accounts

Fourteen UK IP violations and ninety-nine Germany regulatory issues blocked safe growth.

A catalogue with no usable structure

Suppressed, inactive and discontinued SKUs sat beside live products, with no organised variation families.

0

No conversion or advertising engine

Weak copy, poor imagery, no A+ Content and zero active PPC campaigns on either marketplace.

What we changed

Use the off-season.
Rebuild everything that matters.

The work followed the order the business needed: protect the accounts, simplify the catalogue, improve conversion, and only then introduce traffic.

01

Cleared compliance risk

Removed trademarked language, appealed all UK IP violations, submitted EPR registrations, and produced GPSR documentation for Germany.

02

Rebuilt the catalogue

Audited 1,900 SKUs, removed dead weight, retained 1,150 saleable products, and created variation families by rug type, fill and size.

03

Raised conversion quality

Rewrote UK and German content, localised keywords, introduced professional lifestyle imagery, and built A+ Content from scratch.

04

Launched PPC in phases

Introduced ten campaigns across UK and DE, with controlled spend and a structure designed to scale into the September peak.

The results

Clean accounts.
Controlled ads. Sales back in motion.

By June, the infrastructure was ready. Compliance had stabilised, the catalogue was usable, and advertising began producing revenue at a sustainable low-to-mid-20% ACoS.

Efficiency held while the account moved into season.

June established the baseline. July maintained ACoS and improved ROAS, showing controlled scaling rather than a short-lived advertising spike.

The takeaway

By the time demand returned, the account underneath the ads was ready.

Tack24 did not need a quick campaign fix. It needed compliance, catalogue structure, content and advertising rebuilt as one operating system.
