Amazon account case study · Europe

Five marketplaces.
One Amazon foundation rebuilt.

Cookinglife had strong European demand and a 3,000+ product catalogue. But its Amazon operation was carrying policy risk, an incomplete Germany catalogue, and no active PPC. We stabilised the accounts, rebuilt the commercial foundation, and prepared the brand for multi-market scale.

The challenge

The brand was established.
The Amazon operation was not.

Across five marketplaces, the foundation was fragmented. The UK account was at risk, Germany was missing a large share of the catalogue, and advertising had not yet been structured anywhere.

Mapped the Dutch catalogue to Amazon DE, created 82 new listings, and applied marketplace-specific SKU structures.

03

Restored suppressed listings

Resolved 27 listings affected by missing attributes, policy flags, identifier problems and catalogue-data mismatches.

04

Launched the PPC foundation

Built the first structured Germany campaign with separate keyword tiers, controlled budgets and a roadmap for exact-match expansion.

The results

Clean accounts.
More catalogue. Stronger revenue.

Compliance moved out of the danger zone, Germany gained catalogue coverage, and revenue accelerated across the largest active European marketplaces.
